Refunds are issued only in cases of:- Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly (e.g., charged more than the program fee).
- Payment Processor Issues: If a technical error with our payment processor led to an incorrect or duplicate charge.

Non-Refundable Circumstances
Please note that refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:- Failure to Cancel During Trial Period: We do not issue refunds for users who forget to cancel before the end of the trial period. It is the user’s responsibility to cancel any enrollment or subscription before the trial period ends to avoid automatic billing.
- Other Non-Qualifying Situations: Refunds will not be provided for reasons outside the specified conditions above.
